Thursday, September 5: Pass on some useful advice or information you learned and always remembered.
Friday, September 6: A story about a time you were very afraid.
3 MONTHS OFF
That is my my travel Vera Bradley bag and my Pillow Pet. If I could take 3 months off from life and do anything I'd travel. I would go on a road trip across the United States. I've always wanted to see all the cheesy landmarks and enjoy the landscape. I've watched a special on the Lincoln Highway and I think that would be a great place to start. it goes from NYC to Cali. I want to see all the historic sites, Mount Rush Moore, the Four Points, The Grand Canyon..etc. I imagine trying new food everywhere would be pretty great too. I would get a great camera to bring with me to and then maybe have an art show or write a book about my adventures. If there was still time after the U.S. trip maybe I'd go over to Europe. I wanna see the Mona Lisa, The Roman Colosseum, Florence, The Tower of Pisa, and Big Ben in person sometime before I die.
USEFUL ADVICE
I've been reading Gretchen Rubin's "The Happiness Project" It's really inspiring and she's got some get ideas and tips about happiness. This quote is my favorite so far so
I made one of my freebies for you with it. ENJOY!
A DAY I WAS VERY SCARED
The last time I remember being very scared was a year ago when my dad had to have surgery to remove cancer from hims colon. The last 3 years my dad has been there for me more than anyone else. I've always been a daddy's girl but without him my whole family would be lost and my world shattered. He's the biggest support system and the sweetest guy. The thought of losing him was the scariest feeling I've ever had. My dad is now cancer free and healthy. I'm very thankful for him everyday.
